How to Create the Life You Want – in 30 Days

Here is a mantra to help recreate your life in 30 days:
Today, no matter where I go, no matter what I am doing, no matter whom I’m with, it’s my dominant intent to look for that which I am wanting to see, which makes me feel good when I see it.

It takes 30 days to establish a new way of thinking or acting, so it becomes a comfortable habit. The video below called “Setting Your Vibrational Tone” by Esther Hicks offers some pointers to help you create the life you want. See if it’s worth the effort to you.

What Vibration are You Offering to the Universe?
“We are vibrational beings living in a vibrational universe. What I am thinking and what I am receiving are always a vibrational match.”

“Sometimes the words that you are speaking are a perfect vibrational match to the words that are within you. But very often the asking that you are doing vibrationally, is not the asking you think it is.”

Could this be why it is we may not get what we are asking for, or why it is we get what we are not wanting?

Emotion – What You Are Feeling is the Key
“What I am thinking, pondering, imagining. musing or focusing upon – that which I am giving my attention to – is causing an emotional reaction within me. And that emotional reaction within me is the indicator of my vibration. So it is always true that what I am thinking and feeling and [therefore] what I am manifesting are always a match.”

If you live in a light-hearted way, feeling secure in yourself, knowing in your heart that no matter what happens, you will always come out on top. Guess what? That’s exactly what you will manifest. That’s the kind of life you will live.

But if you live in fear and insecurity, believing that some day – it’s only a matter of time – you are going to lose everything you’ve ever worked for. Guess what? You are looking at your future. That’s the life you will create for yourself.

Dr. Wayne Dyer says it another way: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

30 Days to a New Life
When you get that, what you think and feel is always a perfect vibrational match, then you’ll have a glimpse of what is about to come into your life.

For when you set your vibrational tone to something that pleases you, the Universe will yield to you something that pleases you.

You can stop a negative experience of life at any time, by changing the way you think, and how you feel. And if you can maintain that new tone for at least 30 days, you will have reset your life.

But shouldn’t we face reality?
Abraham says: You don’t have to focus on realities that don’t please you. You can selectively sift through the realities in your life and focus mostly on those that please you.

Is that not being selfish?
“Yes, indeed. But if you are not selfish enough to find vibrational harmony with Source, then you have nothing to give anyone else anyway.

Because, if you are not paying attention to the way you feel, then you have no basis of knowing which direction to go in.”

Then, How Can We Attract What We Want?
Make a list of all the things in your life now that you don’t want, and another list of all the things that are in your life that you want more of.

Which of these things are you putting more energy into thinking about? If you don’t want something then stop thinking about it. Release all regrets about what you did or didn’t do in the past. Let go and forgive whatever or whomever, you are holding onto that you never want any part of again. Hold in your thinking only what you want, what gives you joy. Decide now to discard the list of what you don’t want in your life and not give it any more thought. Turn a new page. Focus on what you do want.

Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn.
So: “Make a decision that nothing is more important than that I feel good. Because the way I feel is my true indicator of my vibrational harmony or my vibrational alignment with the non-physical energy [of well-being].”

How to achieve vibrational harmony with Well-being
Abraham says: “But you have to be selfish enough to say that nothing is more important than that I feel good”.

So little by little, each day, the way you picked up the negative thinking, pick up more and more good feeling thoughts.

Remember the Mantra for Starting Your Day

“Today, no matter where I go, no matter what I am doing, no matter whom I’m with, it’s my dominant intent to look for that which I am wanting to see, which makes me feel good when I see it.”

As you look for reasons to feel good, you’ll find reasons to feel good.
And as you find reasons to feel good, you’ll feel good.
And as you feel good, you let it in – you’ll let in clarity, abundance and well-being.
